Aside from Nigeria, Mauritius and Seychelles exhibit the highest internet penetration rate, at 26.7% and 38.9% respectively. Both of these countries have benefited from a well-established telecommunication infrastructure in the past and smaller land surface areas which helped in avoiding the last mile delivery problem. – Global Advances.
