Re: Brain Gain
Adding the current level of job loss on Wall Street, about 100,000, to my previous post about brain circulation, result “Oil Rich Nigeria Enjoys Brain Gain” – IHT. Okay, I may be giving my idea a bit more humph than it deserves, but leaving the United States to work in Nigeria is no longer as novel as it was in the past.
